Hosting an All Heart Assist Event

Choose Your Event

From gyms to football fields, 5K’s to walkathons, golf or softball tournaments, business or school functions, choose any event type that works best for you.

Choose Your Date

Pick a time for when you are playing that big opponent or somebody else that has as big a heart as yours, when there is a free weekend, or whatever time works great for your community.

Set a Fundraising Goal

Goals are not only what we are teaching our players or employees how to achieve but are also very motivating to donors. No matter what your fundraising goal is, you are helping a family or families fighting pediatric brain cancer. Every assist counts! Once you have decided the amount you’d like to raise, let our donors know and go get that win.

Share Your Event

Spread the word by sharing on social media, print outs for your players or announcements at school. You know what needs to be done to get your community involved and participating!

What Should Our All Heart Assist Event Look Like?

What to sell?

Keep it simple by asking for donations, selling All Heart shirts, baked goods, auction items, etc. Ask for donations of any kind rather than setting a price. This leads to raising more funds.

Extend Invites to Local Celebrities

Sports stars, news anchors, public officials and other prominent groups can assist in bringing awareness to your event.

Get Your Entire Team Involved

Accept help from others, whether they take shifts selling merchandise, contact local businesses and media, or donate items to be auctioned off. It takes a team!

Get Your Community Excited

Post updates about your fundraiser on social media and keep it fresh on people’s minds. Share photos and videos and don’t forget to tell why this cause is important to you.

Day of the Event

Make sure that ways to donate are clear to everybody attending. All Heart Gunner Venmo and website can be printed out.

What is the mission of All Heart Gunner?

The All Heart Gunner Foundation provides financial assistance for families whose child has been diagnosed with brain cancer. Every family receives a check for $3300, a King James Bible and a Why Paul at All book.

Who was Gunner?

Gunner Craig Smith (2007-2021) is the founder of the All Heart Gunner Foundation. He was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2017. Gunner loved basketball and being part of a team. He was just as happy assisting a teammate as he was scoring the game winning points.

Is All Heart Gunner a Registered Non-profit?

Yes. All Heart Gunner is a registee 501(C) 3.

How Does All Heart Gunner Raise Funds and Where Does it Go?

Donations come from individual donations and from the All Heart Prom events held in Tennessee and Texas. The money raised goes to families with pediatric brain cancer to use as they see fit. All Heart Gunner also provides support for families as the battle childhood brain cancer.

How to Collect and Submit Donations?

People can donate using cash, checks, Venmo, Paypal, and through our website at www.allheartgunner.com.

Please try to avoid mailing cash if possible.

Is the All Heart Assist Only for Basketball?

No. It can be for football, volleyball, soccer, etc. It can be a golf or softball tournament, a 5k or walk-a-thon. This event can be anything that you can come up with to assist families with pediatric brain cancer.

We encourage our teammates to be as creative as they want when hosting All Heart Assist events.
