All Heart Assist
Thank you for choosing to host a fundraiser for the All Heart Gunner Foundation. Your event will help assist families battling pediatric brain cancer.
Gunner loved playing sports and being part of a team. Your team getting involved helps families with pediatric brain cancer while also teaching your players about being a part of something bigger than themselves. Hosting these events is a great way to bring your team and community together for a great cause.
Please take the time to read through this and plan your event. If you have any questions, we are here to assist you. Please email us at [email protected]
Attacking each and every day with “All Heart” is what Gunner was all about and we are excited that you are teaching those same values to your team/organization as well.
Thank you for becoming teammates with All Heart Gunner!

Hosting an All Heart Assist Event
Choose Your Date
Pick a time for when you are playing that big opponent or somebody else that has as big a heart as yours, when there is a free weekend, or whatever time works great for your community. From gyms to football fields, 5K’s to walkathons, golf or softball tournaments, business or school functions, choose any date or location that works best for you.
Set a Fundraising Goal
Goals are not only what we are teaching our players or employees how to achieve but are also very motivating to donors. No matter what your fundraising goal is, you are helping a family or families fighting pediatric brain cancer. Every assist counts! Once you have decided the amount you’d like to raise, let our donors know and go get that win.
Share Your Event
Spread the word by sharing on social media, print outs for your players or announcements at school. You know what needs to be done to get your community involved and participating!
What Should Our All Heart Assist Event Look Like?
What to sell?
Keep it simple by asking for donations, selling All Heart shirts, baked goods, auction items, etc. Ask for donations of any kind rather than setting a price. This leads to raising more funds.
Extend Invites to Local Celebrities
Sports stars, news anchors, public officials and other prominent groups can assist in bringing awareness to your event.
Get Your Entire Team Involved
Accept help from others, whether they take shifts selling merchandise, contact local businesses and media, or donate items to be auctioned off. It takes a team!
Get Your Community Excited
Post updates about your fundraiser on social media and keep it fresh on people’s minds. Share photos and videos and don’t forget to tell why this cause is important to you.
Day of the Event
Make sure that ways to donate are clear to everybody attending. All Heart Gunner Venmo and website can be printed out.
